Cancellation Policy
STANDARD SALON POLICY & CANCELLATIONS:
ℕ𝕆𝕋𝔼 : If there is no card on file, you will be asked to submit a VALID card on file before proceeding with the appointment.
✱ If client no-shows the appointment, client will be charged 100% of services booked.
✱ If client cancels appointment the day before appointment, client will be charged 50% of the service booked.
✱ If client cancels before the 48 hour window, but reschedules their appointment to a better day, no fee will be charged; and the deposit paid will transfer to the rescheduled appointment made.

✱ If I by chance, emergency, or for any reason need to reschedule our appointment:
• I will be in communication with you immediately to make accommodations in good faith,
• I will not charge you any fees,
• And your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment date.

Being a single mom, I know kids get sick, or life
throws us speed bumps and roadblocks.
✷ We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if there is no card on file; and if the deposit has not been paid, received, or it’s unable to be charged to the card on file.
In this case, client has the option to submit a valid card, and pay the fee in order to reschedule.
